Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Your tracking number is added here and emailed to you as soon as the carrier collects your parcel.
United States: 3–7 business days, $6.99 standard shipping — free on orders over $65. Canada: 6–12 business days. Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Carriers sometimes go quiet for 24–48 hours between scans, especially over weekends. If there’s no movement after two business days, contact us and we’ll chase it for you.
